Note on scope. These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern use of the VelocitySPX platform itself. Access to the platform is provided under a separate subscription agreement between us and the subscribing organisation.

This website is operated by Momentum Sales Progression Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16099402), registered office Clockhouse, Butt Lane, Manuden, Bishop's Stortford, England, CM23 1BN. VelocitySPX is a trading name of Momentum Sales Progression Limited.

2. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We recommend you keep a copy.

3. Changes

We may change these terms at any time by amending this page. We may also update or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

4. Using the site

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
use it for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious material
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers on which it is stored, or any connected system
attack the site via denial-of-service or similar
scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content, or use automated systems to access the site, without our written consent

We will report any breach of the above to the relevant authorities and will cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity. Your right to use the site ceases immediately on any breach.

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including the VelocitySPX name and branding. Those rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy and download extracts of pages for your own reference. You must not modify copies, use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from the accompanying text, or use any part of the content for commercial purposes without a licence from us. Our status as authors must always be acknowledged.
